Founder and CEO PJ Jafari spent more than two decades in dentistry, including corporate and executive leadership roles surrounded by sophisticated systems, dashboards, KPIs, sales processes, marketing teams, and operational playbooks.

Working closely with private practice owners brought a new perspective. Dentists and specialists take an enormous chance on themselves: they build teams, care for patients, make payroll, support families, and learn to run a business while continuing to practice at a high clinical level.

Independent practices increasingly compete with larger groups that have centralized support, professional training, detailed analytics, and standardized systems. We believe practice owners should be able to access that same operational sophistication without giving up their independence or patient-centered culture.

Our role is to bring trained people and practical technology together so the work gets done, performance stays visible, and leaders can make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork.
