How much does a remote dental team member cost?
Full-time dedicated placement starts at $15 per hour. Our most popular option is the $16 per hour All-In Workforce plan. That single flat rate covers the agent, payroll taxes, benefits, HR administration, and all the back-office overhead — so your invoice stays simple and predictable with no hidden fees.
What is included in the $16/hour All-In Workforce plan?
The All-In plan gives you one dedicated, full-time remote dental professional plus our proprietary technology and software, integration with every major dental practice management system, inbound and outbound calling, insurance verification, hygiene recall follow-up, unscheduled treatment follow-up, and ongoing performance coaching. Payroll taxes, benefits, compliance, and HR administration are all included in the same hourly rate.
Do I pay payroll taxes, benefits, or other overhead?
No. On the All-In Workforce plan we cover all employer payroll taxes, health benefits, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, and other HR-related costs. You pay one flat hourly rate and receive a single invoice — no surprise expenses, no extra accounting work.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required. After onboarding, plans are month-to-month. You can scale up, scale down, add roles, or adjust coverage as your practice grows without being locked into a multi-year agreement.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. There are no termination fees, no penalties for downgrading, and no complicated offboarding process. We simply want the partnership to keep delivering value every month.
How fast can my team member start?
Most practices are matched with a trained team member and begin ramping within days, not months. Exact timing depends on your PMS access and workflow details, which we confirm on the free strategy call.
