Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use this website and the general framework for services provided by 10x Dental Marketing, LLC, doing business as 10X Remote Assist. Specific engagements are governed by the signed service agreement between your practice and 10X.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking a call, or using any service described here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of services

10X Remote Assist recruits, trains, and manages dedicated remote team members who perform front-office work for dental practices and groups, including phone coverage, scheduling, insurance verification, billing support, and administrative follow-up.

Scope of work, coverage hours, pricing, term, and performance expectations are defined in the written service agreement for each engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, quote, or guarantee of specific business results.

3. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to access non-public areas, no automated scraping that burdens the service, no interference with the site's security or availability, and no use of the site for unlawful purposes.

Forms and booking tools are for legitimate business inquiries. Do not submit protected patient health information through any public form on this site.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing lawful access to the systems their remote team member needs, for the accuracy of practice information and protocols shared with 10X, and for supervising clinical, legal, and financial decisions that remain with the practice.

Clients remain the covered entity for their patient data and are responsible for their own regulatory obligations, including the access controls they grant.

5. Confidentiality and data handling

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during an engagement. Our privacy practices for information collected through this website are described in the Privacy Policy.

Compliance and security documentation for a specific engagement is provided on request as part of the contracting process.

6. Fees and billing

Services are billed according to the rates and schedule stated in the signed service agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are due on the stated invoice terms and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Changes to role scope or coverage hours may change the rate and will be documented before they take effect.

7. Term and termination

Engagement length, notice periods, and offboarding steps are defined in the service agreement. Either party may terminate according to those provisions.

We may suspend access to the site or a service if use of it creates legal, security, or safety risk.

8. Intellectual property

The site's content, branding, training materials, quality scoring methodology, dashboards, and documentation are owned by 10x Dental Marketing, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered without written permission.

Clients retain ownership of their own practice data, patient records, and materials provided to 10X.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be error free or uninterrupted.

Performance examples, metrics, and case material shown on the site are illustrative of the operating model and are not a promise of specific outcomes for any practice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10x Dental Marketing, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a service engagement is governed by the limitations in the applicable service agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the venue and dispute-resolution provisions in the applicable service agreement.
