The model
10X Remote Assist builds and manages a dedicated remote team member for your business. You get one assigned person — not a shared pool, not an answering service, not an AI voice bot. Technology sits on top of that person: recorded calls, a proprietary AI Quality Score Rating, KPI reporting, and anomaly detection.
The company is operated by 10x Dental Marketing, LLC, based at 3737 Cogdell St, Houston, Texas 77019.
Who it is for
Single-location dental practices that cannot keep the front desk fully covered, and multi-location groups and DSOs that need consistent front-office execution across offices. The same operating model applies to other appointment-driven businesses where the phone and the schedule drive revenue.
Frequently asked questions
- Are your agents real people or AI?
- Real people. Every agent is a live, trained human. AI is used for quality scoring, reporting, and anomaly detection — never to replace the conversation with your patient.
- What is the AI Quality Score Rating?
- It is our proprietary scoring system. All calls are recorded and scored on things like greeting, discovery, objection handling, scheduling conversion, and resolution. Scores trend over time per agent, and human coaches work the low-scoring patterns.
- Is the remote team member dedicated to us?
- Yes. Each person is assigned to one practice or group so they learn your providers, patients, scheduling rules, and financial policy.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing depends on the scope of the role, coverage hours, and number of seats. The quote is for a managed seat, which includes recruiting, training, supervision, quality scoring, and reporting — not an hourly freelancer rate. Request a plan and we will price your specific role.
- How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant myself?
- With a direct hire, you own recruiting, training, supervision, coverage during absences, and re-hiring after turnover. In the managed model, 10X owns all of it and reports performance back to you.
- How is this different from an answering service?
- An answering service takes messages from whoever is available. A 10X team member works inside your software as part of your team — booking, verifying, following up, and being measured on outcomes.
- What roles can a remote team member cover?
- Most commonly: patient scheduling and phone coverage, insurance verification and benefits breakdowns, billing and claims follow-up, recall and reactivation, and unscheduled treatment follow-up.
- Do they work in our practice management software?
- Yes. Agents are trained on your systems and work with the access and permissions you grant.
- How quickly can we get started?
- Timelines depend on role complexity and how fast discovery can be completed. Most practices move from discovery to an onboarding assistant in weeks, not months.
- What happens if our agent is sick or leaves?
- Coverage and replacement are part of the managed model. Your role definition, training material, and documented protocols stay in place, so a change does not restart the project.
- How is patient information protected?
- Access is limited to the systems and permissions you grant, under the security practices agreed during onboarding. We will walk your team through current security and compliance documentation before anyone is given access.
- Can we start with one seat?
- Yes — most practices start with a single seat on phones or verification and expand once it is proven.
- Do you work with multi-location groups?
- Yes. For groups, reporting rolls up across locations so leadership can compare answer rates, conversion, and quality scores office by office.
- How do we get a quote?
- Submit the Build My Remote Team form or call 346-608-0777. We will schedule a discovery session and come back with a scoped role and pricing.
